Dispatch, Delivery & Returns.
Information regarding your order:

• If you've already placed your order, but it hasn't arrived or there was a problem with the delivery, click here to email us.
• If in stock, orders are dispatched within 3 business days. If items are out of stock you will be notified at point of sale with an estimated delivery time. Please note items that are in 'Pre-Order' status.
• Delivery rates for destinations listed below are as follows (for DVD item):
  UK: £1.85 | Europe: £2.25 | USA & Canada: £3.25
• If you wish to cancel your order, please click here to email us within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancelations will not be implemented after 24 hours but may be treated as returned items (see below)
• If you've received your order and you want to return it, click here to email us with reasons for return. We reserve the right to refuse the return of an item.
• You can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, with any seals and shrink-wrap intact, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
• NOTE: We currently do not ship anywhere outside of the above mentioned destinations.
